3. Products & Pricing
All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for guidance. Prices are subject to change without notice and may differ between online listings and showroom quotations. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before confirming an order.
4. Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed only after full or partial payment as agreed at the time of sale. We accept cash, UPI, card, and approved credit arrangements for institutional buyers. Invoice details are final and binding once issued.
5. Delivery & Installation
Delivery timelines depend on stock availability and your location. Large appliances and televisions may include basic installation or demo as per manufacturer policy. Additional installation, wiring, or plumbing requirements are not included unless explicitly quoted.
6. Returns, Replacements & Warranty
Manufacturer warranties apply as stated on the product packaging or invoice. Defective or damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Returns and replacements are handled in accordance with the applicable brand policy and proof of purchase is required.
7. Limitation of Liability
Subhash Music Centre is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, delivery delays, or website unavailability. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bokaro, Jharkhand.
